Canopy Apartments are LEED Platinum and was completed in two phases. The two buildings are comprised of 476 units and amenity space for a total of 584,661 SF. The structures are nine levels, with seven levels above ground and two levels of below grade parking. Amenities include a fitness room, club-room, sky lounge, and large courtyards. Phase 2 includes a pavilion on an elaborately designed courtyard.
