I had the great privilege of working with your team during the construction of Sound Cancer Center in Tacoma, Washington. This project came with some unforeseen issues that this team worked tirelessly on. Without their hard work, dedication, and expertise, this project would have never met the timeline and it would have had a significant negative impact on the individuals needing cancer treatment. This is a group of people I would gladly work with again in the future, especially on complex medical construction.

I could not be happier with the way our mixed-use project "The Grand" turned out. You provided us with a group of some of the most talented, intelligent, driven, customer-service-oriented builders around. The building is beautiful and glows with quality! It’s our opinion that the staff is the reason we came in under budget, on-time, and (yes) that we are truly delighted customers.

Rush managed the project fiercely and with a high level of dedication. I always felt that they put the needs of the Owner first and were a big advocate for us. The Project Manager and Superintendent were nothing short of spectacular and their level of communication with the rest of the team was great. Rush's ability to gain and maintain the confidence and trust of the Authorities having Jurisdiction was critical to the success of getting the building open on time.
