In 2012, Rush commercial built the shell and core of the new Rainier Hematology & Oncology clinic, including exam and treatment rooms, state-of-the-art labs, and comfortably contemporary waiting rooms. In 2014, Rush Commercial was brought in for a TI expansion of the space, adding another 7,000 SF for additional exam rooms.
