Proctor Station is a collaboration among Proctor Investors, LLC, Rush Commercial Construction, and Rush Properties to develop, build and operate an amenities driven, mixed-use building in the heart of Tacoma’s historic Proctor neighborhood. The project is approximately 181,539 SF of new construction and features high-end finishes, rooftop living and a resident's deck overlooking the bustling Proctor Street. The project includes 151 apartments over five levels with two levels of parking and one level of commercial space.
