Recently completed, the Gateway Apartments offer a total of 147 units. The 233,085 SF project includes construction of mixed use Type V-A over Type 1-A (apartment over parking). The structure was built with panelized wood framing, cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned concrete decks.
