The project located in Spanaway, Washington is a multi-phase Tenant Improvement of an existing Franciscan Medical Group Clinic into the existing Physical Therapy suite. The work included demolition of existing attributes, changing the layout and making structural modifications to combine the suites, new plumbing and electrical, revising the HVAC ductwork, and new finishes, flooring, doors, and windows.
