When completed, the 169,165 SF building will be home to 159 residents, with 115 assisted living residential units, 18 memory care units, 15,800 SF of amenity/common area, and parking for 66 vehicles. The first floor will feature 2,607 SF of retail space with a corner retail storefront which will be managed by Rush Properties.
Just some of the many onsite amenities will include housekeeping, laundry, chef prepared meals, formal and private dining rooms, bistro, medication monitoring/assistance, transportation, rooftop garden with BBQ and firepit, theater, nail and hair salon, massage, wellness center, secured courtyard, sun room, game lounge/library, and 24/7 coverage and nursing staff.
The desirable Stadium district of Tacoma has a strong sense of community, Merrill Gardens Wright Park is located across the street from popular local establishments such as Rhein Haus, Orange Theory, Starbucks, Mudbay Pets, and Stadium Thriftway. It is also just a few blocks away from the the South Sound's premier Medical facilities: Kaiser Permanente, MultiCare's Tacoma General Hospital, and CHI Franciscan's St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center. The location also offers amazing views of Commencement Bay, Mt. Rainier, and gorgeous green spaces as it is adjacent to Wright Park.
