Fitness Quest
Completed: March 2024 | Tenant Improvement | University Place, WA
This 27,000 SF tenant improvement for Fitness Quest’s newest location transformed a former Albertsons Market into a premier fitness center, beginning with a full demolition followed by a comprehensive buildout of the state-of-the-art gym and fitness club.
Ferguson and SSF Engineers HQ
Completed: April 2024 | Office Renovation | Tacoma, WA
This 6,500 SF office renovation, completed in collaboration with Ferguson Architecture, involved a complete gut and build out, transforming a property once owned by Tacoma Public Schools into stunning, modern office spaces for both Ferguson Architecture and SSF Engineers. Polished floors and exposed raw beams honor the building’s original architecture, seamlessly blended with contemporary design elements for a fresh, functional aesthetic.
Indigo, Puyallup & Milton
Completed: May 2024 | Tenant Improvement | Milton, WA
Completed: November 2024 | Tenant Improvement | Puyallup, WA
Our team was honored to partner again with Indigo to deliver two new clinics—an Indigo Urgent Care in Milton and a dual-purpose Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine Clinic in Puyallup. Hanger Fabrication and Hanger Clinic
Completed: June 2024 | Tenant Improvement | Tacoma, WA
We completed Hanger Clinic and Hanger Fabrication simultaneously for our new client, Hanger Clinic, a national leader in orthotic and prosthetic care. Hanger Fabrication designs custom prosthetics for Hanger Clinic, where patients undergo fittings, adjustments, and therapy for their prosthetic limbs. This collaboration provided our team with valuable insights into the prosthetics industry and the positive impact Hanger Clinic is making in our South Sound communities and across the country. Proctor Orthodontics
Completed: October 2024 | Tenant Improvement | Tacoma, WA
This 2,500 SF tenant improvement for Proctor Orthodontics transformed an empty tenant space into a state-of-the-art pediatric orthodontic office. Collaborating closely with the owner and design team, we crafted a space that seamlessly combines functionality with a warm, inviting atmosphere for young patients.
Carol Milgard Breast Center
Completed: October 2024 | MRI Upgrade | Tacoma, WA
This project featured a comprehensive MRI upgrade for a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center in Tacoma, WA. Maintaining uninterrupted operations was critical, so we set up a temporary MRI in the parking lot to minimize downtime, while extensively upgrading the existing MRI system.
Bassett Furniture
Completed: December 2024 | Tenant Improvement | Bellevue, WA
We completed a stunning tenant improvement for Bassett Home Furnishings in Bellevue, WA. The project included constructing a showroom with extensive track lighting, chandeliers, and intricate millwork to create an inviting, home-like atmosphere where Bassett’s chic home furnishings take center stage. Crossroads Apartments
Completed: December 2024 | Comprehensive Renovation | Bellevue, WA
We repurposed a vacant senior living facility into vibrant, affordable housing through adaptive reuse. All 108 homes underwent a complete transformation, including the conversion of 18 large studio apartments into spacious one-bedroom homes. Achieving occupancy in just six months, the project preserved and thoughtfully reimagined the existing structure, creating an efficient, sustainable, and versatile living environment for a diverse tenant community—ranging from individuals on fixed incomes to young professionals.
