Rush Commercial: Recent Multifamily Project Openings

The Rush Commercial team had a very busy summer this year with the completion of four apartment buildings!   

As always, a huge THANK YOU to all the project teams involved in getting these exceptional buildings completed. Our team members exemplified flexibility and adaptability to ensure successful project completion.  

These four projects brought another 355 units available to residents in the Puget Sound Region; Betula House, Proctor Flats, The Sinclair, Telka Apartments.

Betula House

Betula House is a mid-sized development in Seattle at the corner of 15th and Jefferson, near Seattle U and Swedish Cherry Hill. Betula is a four story mixed use apartment with 36 small efficiency dwelling units, 14 dwelling units, and 3 commercial spaces. Amenities include private patios on select units, bike storage, a dog wash station, and more! It offers affordable housing units and housing for travel nurses in Seattle.

Proctor Flats

Located in Tacoma’s Proctor neighborhood, Proctor Flats includes 95 units in the six story structure with a rooftop amenity space, a fitness center, and controlled access parking. Retail and a dog wash room are located on the ground floor. The project is another group effort by Rush Development, Rush Capital, Rush Commercial and Rush Properties.

Telka Apartments

Telka Apartments is composed of five apartment buildings consisting of 148 units. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, 24 hour fitness center and is pet friendly offering potty stations and a running trail. The community is located just north of Trails at Silverdale Shopping complex. The project is another group effort by Rush Development, Rush Capital, Rush Commercial and Edison47.

Sinclair II

The Sinclair is a 62-unit garden style apartment complex comprised of three buildings and an onsite Gravity Coffee.  Amenities include a community area complete with a full kitchen and large HDTV, cardio & weight training center, internet café, BBQ area and a playground. The project is another group effort by Rush Development, Rush Capital, Rush Commercial and Edison47.
