Paceline Apartments were recently named Project of the Week by the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce. The luxury apartment complex located off of Aurora Ave. in Shoreline opened this winter.

The building was developed by Rush Development and Trent Development. and was built by Rush Commercial.

The 206,200 SF luxury building has 221 units and 211 parking stalls. Units have floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, with bright, high-end finishes and stainless steel appliances.

Luxury amenities include free rides downtown and hotel-style services for residents, which are managed by the Property Management, Edison47.

Other unique amenities include a rooftop lounge with a demonstration kitchen, and a terrace lounge with an entertainment system.
