Rush Commercial Breaks Ground on New Multifamily Project in Greenwood

Rush Commercial Construction is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Edgepoint Apartments in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle, WA.

The Edgepoint Apartments, located on the cross street of 85th between Greenwood Ave N & Phinney Ave N., is six stories and includes 136,677 SF of residential space and two retail spaces (2,839 and 1,431 SF).

The new building will be home to 203 apartment units, ranging from 565 to 1,127 SF. Amenities include a fitness room, club-room, rooftop patio with fireplace and grills and exceptional views, pet spa, bike rooms, storage lockers, package concierge, and a move-in storage room. The Edgepoint Apartments are expected to be completed in early fall 2021.

The project’s two-story brick base reflects the materials and scale of surrounding commercial thoroughfares. The building’s south facade consists of commercial and retail space. The ground-level courtyard features lush landscaping and small nodes for impromptu gatherings in an area that previously lacked sidewalks or green space. A spacious rooftop deck presents dramatic views of the Olympic and Cascades mountains. Currently targeting LEED for Homes silver certification, the project features bioretention planters at grade and a green roof with a small solar array.”
